I'm fully aligned with many of your proposals... especially as I shared some of them with the AMF a few years ago when they did a call for idea/feedback on this topic. Needless to say they didn't want to implement them :)
Many thnaks Aurélien! As time goes by we will eventually get there step by step. What will help in general is that minority shareholders who truly understand their companies can help in improving the rules by being pro active as they reallu know well their companies and can explain many things to the regulators.
