Vivendi : update following the annual results

First NAV is published but what is the true one!

The different Vivendi spin offs have published their first stand alone yearly numbers. Their solo life now officially begins! This will also help Mr Market to value them hopefully in a better way.

UMG is the center of attention with lots of news being published and some which do not concern at all the company itself but more some of its shareholders.

By now institutional shareholders who had to sell the Vivendi spin offs for mandate reasons (market cap which is too small, spin offs being quoted on non French markets) have finished doing their selling. Now we should be having “willing” shareholders.

Bolloré annual results will be published on Monday 17h of March after the market closes. This will be the cherry on the cake as all the entities linked to Bolloré will have published.
