For Vivendi, not 3 but 4 entities are going to be spinned off !

Vincent Bolloré keeps surprising us every time! Once again I cannot see what more he can do to unlock value. We have had 2 carve outs (ports and logistics), UMG spin off, spin offs announced for Vivendi entities, tender at 6€ on Bolloré shares, Sofibol and Imperial Mediterean buying Odet blocks as soon as they are some.
