Ok so I am back at writing about the Bolloré Galaxy and especially about the second independent expert report where much can be said about. There are so many things to be said that I am sending multiple letters and breaking down the different points step by step.

It is a great exercise to read an independant expert report as it enables us to see the reasonning which is used and as time goes by you get to know the tricks used to make sure that the valuation matches the offer done by the company.

I won’t even speak about the philosophical paragraph which the expert granted us about what is value and and what isn’t value. The expert is here to do a valuation and not to a philosophical dissertation.

I won’t even speak about the fact that the independant expert even tells investors how to invest!!! His role is to do an evaluation and this is what we have been focusing on.
